Individual coaching and supervision

We have some spaces available for 1-1 coaching. This might be for you if you are looking for a supportive space to explore working relationships, roles, tasks, responsibilities, set aims and objectives and how these align to organisational and personal objectives, and to explore perceived tensions, challenges and pre-occupations.

One Day Taster Retreat fo r Women Leaders 20th March

We’re thrilled to host our One-Day Taster Retreat for Women Leaders on 20th March 10.30am – 4.30pm at the world-renowned Beth Chatto Gardens, just outside Colchester in Essex. It’s an inspirational space created by a pioneering woman in garden design. And it’s perfect timing on the first day of Spring — a moment for hope, renewal, and fresh perspectives.

This event is designed to support women leaders untangle and rewind the threads of working life. Inspired by our own quarterly three-day retreats — rich, nourishing, and transformative — this day will provide a low-cost introduction to a facilitated space where women can explore complexity, reflect deeply, and create meaningful change.

With decades of experience in learning and development, we are passionate about building communities of practice for senior women leaders, offering opportunities to connect with yourself and others in an environment that encourages thoughtfulness and creativity.
