1-1 Work and Development
The successful outcome of any coaching intervention is dependent on the relationship between coach and client. We spend time developing understanding of the specific pre-occupations individuals bring to the work and we are also curious and challenging. Our approach supports development and can help identify the unseen influences that can hinder clarity. The work can be focused within a definite time frame or be more open ended.
We seek to develop understanding about how intrapersonal experience and knowledge meets the interpersonal and systemic challenges. Over time we have come to know that the interface between these two realities is often where difficulties arise.
