Developmental Support

We provide 1-1, group/team coaching and supervision for aspiring and existing leaders. Our approach is thoughtful, compassionate and supportive and seeks to make sense of person, context, role and system simultaneously. We provide a supportive space to explore working relationships, roles, task(s) and responsibilities.

This is an opportunity to think together and to be curious. It is a chance to explore and reflect on role clarity, outline aims and objectives and how these align to organisational objectives, and to explore perceived tensions, challenges and pre-occupations.

Working with the issues that you bring, we are also curious and challenging to support development and identify blind spots. The work can be focused in a definite time frame or more open ended.

We seek to develop understanding around how intrapersonal experience and knowledge meets the interpersonal and systemic challenges. Over time we have come to know that the interface between these two realities is often where difficulties arise.
