Working Together

As a development from individual coaching practice, team coaching offers opportunities for development of understanding differences between people, roles and expectations. It offers a contained space to safely explore dynamics and tensions and build forward to new ways of working.

We will provide a supportive space for exploration of working relationships, roles, task(s) and responsibilities. This is an opportunity to think together and to be curious. It is the chance to explore and reflect on role, outline aims and objectives and how these align to organisational objectives, and to explore perceived tensions, challenges and pre-occupations.

Impact Stories

We provided five sessions of team coaching to seven senior leadership triumvirates in a large NHS Foundation Trust as part of a wider organisational development consultancy. We designed and delivered the coaching sessions as part of our associate work with the King’s Fund and the work now continues through Shaw Concannon at the request of the triumvirates and agreed by the Trust.
